An SC native, though raised in Wilmington, NC, Judd Price first connected with New Bern while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps at MCAS Cherry Point as a KC 130 Flight Mechanic. At the rank of Sergeant (E-5) and after 5.5 years of service, he earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
Before real estate, Judd built a successful, full-service home repair business, handling a variety of residential projects, with roofing repairs representing a key segment of his work. He became a trusted vendor for a major property management company in Eastern NC. His expertise led to earning the Haag Certified Roofing Inspector – Residential credential, where he served (at the time) as the only certified inspector east of Charlotte and was repeatedly contracted for roofing assessments by a national insurance company during claims processing.
Through those opportunities, Judd discovered his passion for helping homeowners—ultimately leading him to real estate. In 2014, after thoughtful consideration and strong alignment with the values of Keller Williams Realty - God, Family, and then Business - he began his career and founded The Price Group.
With over 12 years of experience and more than 230 clients served, Judd is a trusted local expert known for his professionalism, knowledge, and results. He remains committed to continuous growth through education, mentorship, and high-level training.
